Robinson & Henry, P.C. is hiring a fourth, full-time writer to delve into the legal issues that affect everyday people, businesses, and families. The writer will work with the Marketing Team and the firm’s founding partner to develop content based on trending legal issues and cases, client needs, and new and evolving legislation.
The writer will compose short- and long-form articles, client case studies, and attorney profiles for the firm’s website. At times, the writer will be asked to update existing, outdated content as well as contribute to the firm’s internal and external newsletters, social media messaging, case result blurbs, and content for new practice areas.
This position involves researching and writing about complex legal issues. As such, it is suited for a seasoned journalist who has experience turning complicated subject matter into relatable content for the web.

bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in broadcasting, journalism, or English
5+ years relevant experience
mastered formatting content for the web
strong research skills
intermediate knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS
journalism background in hard news and/or investigative reporting
multi-media journalism background
knowledge of LexisNexis or similar research sites
